Crux Education - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the Crux Education website (hereinafter "the Website") and downloading or purchasing any documents or courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website.  

2. Products and Services:

Crux Education, operating through its subsidiary Crux Learning, provides digital documents, including informational booklets and microlearning courses, available for download. Some documents are provided free of charge, while others are available for purchase.

3. Company Information:

Crux Education is a sole trader registered with HMRC in the United Kingdom. Crux Education is a VAT-free company. Crux Learning is a subsidiary of Crux Education.

4. Payment and Access:

• Paid Products: Upon successful payment for a microlearning course or other paid document, you will receive permanent access to the purchased content. Crux Learning operates on a "pay once, keep forever" policy.
• Free Products: Free documents are available for download without payment. You may choose to support Crux Learning's ongoing publication of resources by using the "Buy Me a Coffee" option.

5. Creative Commons License:

All documents and courses provided by Crux Learning are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This means:

• You are free to share and adapt the material.  
• You must give appropriate credit to Crux Learning.
• You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
• If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.  

6. Intellectual Property:

• All content on the Website, including text, graphics, and images (including AI-generated images), is the property of Crux Learning or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• The use of AI generated images is allowed, and no copyright is held on the images themselves, only on the compilation of works.

7. User Conduct:

You agree not to:

• Distribute or reproduce any content from the Website in violation of the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Website's operation.

• Crux Education makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided on the Website.
• The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
